How to italicize links in the header menu?

    Hi there, I'm wondering what kind of code I would use to be able to either play with the font or italicize the links in my header menu without it affecting anything else on the page - I have the "Forever" theme. Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is halfasleepstudio.com.

  2. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog you have purchased the custom design upgrade for.

    Ohp, sorry about that. It's http://halfasleepblog.wordpress.com (or just http://halfasleepstudio.com because I have a custom domain.)

  4. Thanks for the link and please be patient while waiting for help with your CSS editing.

  5. To change the font or italicize links just in the header menu in the Forever theme, try this:

    #access a {
    	font-family:Georgia, serif;
    	font-style:italic;
    }
  6. Note that the fonts you pick must be accessible on the computer viewing the site or you must setup the advanced mode on your Appearance → Custom Design → Fonts page and add the fonts you'd like to use through the Typekit editor before you can use them on your site in a font stack.

    See this to learn more about how font stacks work: http://unitinteractive.com/blog/2008/06/26/better-css-font-stacks/

    See this page to learn how advanced mode for fonts at WordPress.com and Typekit works:
