   Wonderful ideas! I think you would enjoy reading a book called "Never Eat Alone" by Keith Ferrazzi. It's essentially about building relationships, but one thing Ferrazzi harps on is the fact that relationships are mutually beneficial. That being said we should always offer others our help without expecting anything in return. I think that fits in very well with your advice.
