jarvlI use the "follow bog" widget, but cannot find a way to allow followers to unsubscribe when they no longer wish to follow the blog. How do I do that?

If they are email subscribers - down at the bottom of the email in small type there is a "Manage Subscriptions" link - they need to click on that link and follow the instructions
