I have about me page having URL "http://about.me/harshal.solao" & I want to attach it to About button that will display me direct About me page only.

Did you know there is an about.me widget here? > Appearance > Widgets http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/about-me/
You can create a custom menu and then include a custom link to your about.me page in it.
