How to link back to prior posts via featured image

  1. I have seen some blogs (I think on blogger, but I'm not sure) where at the end of the post, there is a little box that says "you might also like this" and links to another post by teh same author, via an image and a title. Is there any theme that allows for this, or a way to customize my theme for this? It's not part of the post itself, but seems to be part of the template. See for example this blog:

    http://adorkablerecipes.blogspot.com/

On a related note, I have a separate page on my blog that lists out all recipes. I would love to make it so that the featured image links to that recipe (so that instead of a list of recipes with hyperlinks, I have the featured photo next to the title). Any suggestions? I like the bueno theme that I am using, but if there's another one that I could use for the above issues, that would be great.

    Thanks!

The blog I need help with is threecleversisters.com.

  2. Hello there,
What you are referring to is the LinkWithin widget. I have used it on my self hosted wordpress.org install. However as it's a Javascript widget we cannot use it on our free hosted wordpress.com blogs. See here --> http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  3. P.S. There is no alternative widget that provides thumbnails and links. The only option is to manually create your own related posts data with thumbnails at the end of each post prior to publication.
