How to link pages with categories

  1. Hi,

I would like to see the same posts in my pages and categories on the sidebar menu. Is it possible?

For example, I have sub-page and category "old jeans" in page "How to reuse..". I can find my post about how to reuse old jeans in sidebar category "old jeans", but I would like to see this post in sub-page "old jeans" too. How to do it?

The blog I need help with is craftbay.wordpress.com.

  2. You can't. Pages and posts are fundamentally different. You don't need an actual static sub-page for old jeans. You have a dynamically-created Category page, and the link goes to that category, which will automatically have all posts tagged old jeans in it.

  3. There is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. But we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page. We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can either put the categories widget into the sidebar, or you can create a custom menu and add the dynamically-created Category pages into the custom menu.
