How to lose 30 pounds in some amount of days.

  1. I’m a 30 year old stay-at-home mother of one. I am starting this journey 30 pounds overweight and tired of not liking what I see in the mirror. I’m going to do this damn blog until I lose the thirty pounds. Everyday. No exceptions. Unless I fall off that damn wagon. Then there might be exceptions.

    Also, in case there are any doubts, I am well aware that the effects of diets are usually not long lasting. I continue to engage in them because I know not what else to do and my last ex-therapist didn’t seem to know either.

  2. First thing you need to do is like what you see in the mirror! No amount of dieting is going to be worth a hill of beans if you don't like what you see now. Take a little more interest in what you've got, and refining it will be much much easier. Second thing you need to do is find a healthy eating style that works for you, rather then a diet. Diets come to an end (in your case, after you've lost 30 pounds) healthy eating styles stick with you for life. I wish you all the best in your endeavours!
