   Is it possible to do a bilingual blog? So that was the icon to change the language for example?

   The blog I need help with is aliceyoursecret.wordpress.com.

   There isn't a built-in way to do a bilingual blog, but you can set it up so it works that way. You may want to start by reading the suggestions in these forum discussions:
