How to make a box

  1. Hello everyone! Once again I need your help! A few weeks ago I asked you how can I make a white box and here is the answer that I received:

    <div align="center">
    <table style="width:530px;border-collapse:collapse;">
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;"></td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>
    </div>

    It works perfectly. However, I need it to be modified a "little" bit.
    Here are the instructions:

    P.S. Please ignore the typos.

    The blog I need help with is gunsnwar.wordpress.com.

  2. One possibility would be this:

    <div align="center">
    <table style="width:530px;border-collapse:collapse;">
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td style="width:50%;border:1px solid #fff;" rowspan="2">IMAGE CODE HERE</td>
    <td style="height:1.4em;border:1px solid #fff;">UPPER TEXT HERE</td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="border:1px solid #fff;">LOWER TEXT HERE</td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>
    </div>

    It might need further adjustments, or a different solution - depends on the actual content.

    By the way, I'm the HTML and inline CSS specialist around, so you don't gain much by posting here instead of the Greek forum.

  3. Oh, I wasn't aware of that. Anyway, thanks!
