How to make an Updating Widget

    Hey I need to know how to make an updating widget, for example someone puts my widget on their blog then I can update it whenever and they would see the updated widget on my blog.

    The blog I need help with is cpcheats411.wordpress.com.

    That would require some sort of scripting language (PHP, javascript or flash), and we cannot use that here at wordpress.COM.

    Well, I'm using sites.google.com for the updating part and stuff
