How to make blog post title's clickable?

  1. I'm a selfhosted website and the theme I'm using doesn't allow the title of the blog post to be clickable. The only way to open the post in a new window/tab is to go to the Permalink or the to Read More after the jump. I know the html to insert into each post title but I don't want to have to add the code every single time I have a post. I was wondering if there was a code or something to enter into the theme. If you need more specifics let me know!

    Thanks so much! :)
