    How to perform FTP to upload plugins and some other files?

    WordPress.com doesn't provide FTP access, or the ability to add plugins.

    If you let me know what you're trying to accomplish, I'd be glad to help.

    WordPress.com comes with a range of pre-installed plugins, so what you're looking for may already be available.

    If you really need a plugin we don't offer, you may want to look into a self-hosted installation of WordPress. You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.org sites here:
