Hello, Bissell Centre in Edmonton, AB uses Word Press to manager our website. I was wondering how we go about placing a Survey Question onto a specific page on our website and the correct answer will appear after the person has submitted his/her own question? Please let me know how we can use Word Press to set this up.

Till 2 hours ago the survey was fully and entirely visible in the webpage http://straight2globalchances.com/
Now you can see only first question, even if I chose "Website Inline" settings.
Can you please help me in solving this problem?
