how to place always the same slogan on top of every new blog article?

    I want to keep always the same slogan on top of the blog, like an identity; so every article features the same heading. Is there a way, that I don’t always have to copy+paste this slogan on top of every new article?
    Presently, when I type the actual headline of the article in the title-box (above the editing window of the text body), this headline will appear on the very top of the blog, where I want my slogan. So, how do I keep my slogan always at the very top of every other content.
    Kindly explain in layman’s terms. thank you
    (p.s. I did try to look under “sticky-post”, but could not find an explanation)

    Anyone else out there with a suggestion?
    There SHOULD be a way to keep the same feature (text or pic) with every article. What is with the “sticky-post” – HOW does that work?
