how to put content under menu option on blog

  1. I can not put any post under the desired menu options I have for my blog. all posts go straight to home page.

The blog I need help with is dreadedmisfit.wordpress.com.

  2. Hey there,
Your current menu consists of pages. You can't add posts to pages. Although pages and posts are similar, they function very different. Posts appear on a single dynamic page that updates in reverse chronological order as you create your posts. Pages are static, meaning the content doesn't automatically update. More information can be found here:

Another option is to assign categories to your posts, then create a custom menu listing them. Here's how to assign categories to your posts:

Once you have your posts categorized you can create your custom menu by going to Dashboard>Appearance>Menus. Create a menu and save it with a new name. Drag the categories from the category box in the order that you want them placed on your menu (you can also rearrange them by dragging them up or down). Select this as your Primary Menu and save.
