Hi, i want to make the site map of my blog: http://truehadithfinder.wordpress.com/ in a picture form. but i dont know how to put different links behind different texts of single image? is there any other way to do it?

This is called image mapping.
First you need to create the image in the right pixel dimensions, upload it to your blog via Media > Add New and copy the image URL.
Then you can use a free online tool such as this one:
