I can`t get to the proper SETTINGS MENU. I want to make my Blog a private and I just keep chasing my tail where I only find a way to change my email or user name!

WAIT... found it.
BTW after almost 30 min of going on and on. I finally found that this settings are only found under the DASHBOARD. pleas let the newbies know that, by STATING it in the Help Guides.
