How to remove and edit "just another wordpress.com site"

    How do I edit or remove the "just another wordpress.com site" and replace with a brief description such as the following blog? http://castingtales.wordpress.com/

    The blog I need help with is texasinthewild.wordpress.com.

    Go here > Settings > General and you can remove the optional tagline or replace it. Also note you can chnage your blog vtitle on that same page at any time. Click "save changes" when done.
