I am using Twenty Ten template and do not want a "Leave a reply" box on every page of my web site. Is there some way of removing this comments box to make the page more static?

Edit the page and disable comments and pings in the Discussion module of the editor. If you're not seeing the Discussion module while on the page editor screen, click Screen Options (top right) to activate it.
