you need to have CSS upgrade for that.

Besides the obvious bloat, there's no reason to add both category and tags which are the exact same thing, eg. Eczema or Parenting as both a category and as a tag.

I haven't upgraded, maybe it's theme dependent I'm not sure but I can turn my tag display off: Dashboard>Appearance>Theme Options>Posts - Untick 'Show tags on posts.'
