About a year ago i purchased the custom domain upgrade and everything was wonderful. After a while I disabled the "auto-renewal", but now, I want to renew the domain.
How can I do that? Because there is no button anymore.
The blog I need help with is portableplaying.de.
The site linked to your username is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we provide support here only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
Your domain name is not registered with WordPress.COM (can't register .de domains, but .de domains can be mapped to blogs here)
If your domain mapping expired long enough then there would not be a renew option but you could buy it domain mapping again
You need to be logged in as the account that purchased the original upgrade.
Your name servers are also not pointing to WordPress.COM - and my anti-virus does not like your current site for some reason

Seems like that was inserted automatically.
The domain I bought via wordpress.com was "portableplaying.com"
After some time I changed to wordpress.org, bought the .de domain and also bought a site-redict from portableplaying.com to portableplaying.de
Like I said I want to renew the .com domain now, but I can't see any option for that so I asked.
@auxclass That must be a problem with your browser or anti-virus software. The website isn't infected ;)
portableplaying.com is in Redemption (expired Nov 13, 2012) - you will need staff help to renew it - this is already flagged for the staff to help you
