How to replace a crummy html site with a WordPress theme and keep the URL?

    I recently took over maintaining an ugly website. I want to completely replace it with a wordpress template that I've purchased but I HAVE to keep the same domain name (GoBusinessChallenge.com) since it has been included in all the marketing for this summer camp.

    Does anyone know how to go about replacing a non-wordpress site with a wordpress template while keeping the same domain name? So far I have been unable to find anything on this specific issue.

    If anyone has any input or experience on this, your input would be greatly appreciated. I have a little HTML/FTP/Wordpress type experience, but the simpler the better! Thanks!
