How do I request a refund when I can not see the Cancel & Refund button showing on the store or my upgrades page anywhere?

I've refunded these for you. They were all set to auto-renew. It doesn't look like you have other upgrades currently active, but if you do choose to upgrade in the future, you can select to not auto-renew these options.
It can take up to 7 days for these to reappear on your statement; it usually takes fewer days, but PayPal advises up to a week.
