How to set Permalink Settings

    I would like to know whether it is possible to set custom URL formats in wordpress.com similar to the Permalink Settings available in self-hosted wordpress sites

    The blog I need help with is ahmadzz.wordpress.com.

    You can't configure the permalinks.
