   Hi,

   I just installed WordPress, in order to use the stat plugin for my own website.
   I successfully went through the 1st stage: Upload stats.php to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
   But then, how do I: 2.Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress ???
   Where is the plugin menu. Your support page says it is in the admin page, but I am logged in , and I cannot find it.
   Does wordpress only work with your blogs, and no other website, or blogs?

   Sorry for my ignorance, please help.

   You did not specify a blog address or reason for posting when you created this topic.

   This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

   If you don't understand the difference, you may find this information helpful.

   Activate the plugin by going to plugins. It will then ask you for your API key and after entering it another page will appear and you need to then add your blog by clicking "add to wordpress.com account" .

   The plugin menu is in the navigation list at the left side of the dashboard. The blog stats plugin only works with wordpress blogs.
