I'm pretty new with wordpress and social media. I'm using theme Twenty Eleven and would like to track my site statistic using Google Analytics.
Where can I copy the tracking code to activate Google Analytics?

You're welcome and best wishes. Do note that you can use free third party non-Javascript visitor tracking programs. Scroll down to Visitor tracking to locate some of them.
Quick question, is it because I'm using free theme that's why I do not have Plugins on my admin menu?
No, it is because you are using WordPress.com as your web host. If you get independent hosting, you can install WordPress.ORG software and they have plugins.
