   I was wondering how to use Adsense from Google. I thought I read somewhere that WordPress didnt support google Adsense but I know someone who has a WordPress blog and she uses it. She uses wordpress.com (not wordpress.org). I went through the whole process on google creating my ad and got the code but I when I pasted it on my sidebar only the actual code showed up. Does anyone know anything about this, I would appreciate any help.

   The authors have deleted this blog.

   We need a link to the blog you are asking about as well as your friends blog to advise you on how they are using the ads, to provide accurate help.

   Am also interested in this topic, I have tried just like lovesbeauty did to add my google adsense code but could not. Does it mean that wordpress.com does not support google adsense?

   Please kindly tell us so that we will stop wasting time trying to do this over and over without result.

   If you require advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
