Hyperlinks in widget?

  1. Hi there
My blog is a recipe blog, using the twenty eleven theme. I would like to add a widget called 'Handy Hints' or Handy Guides'; which would contain hyperlinks to specific posts of mine; eg. Making shortcrust pastry, Making fresh breadcrumbs' etc.
I added an 'Arbitrary text or HTML' Text widget, but am unsure how to add hyperlinks to my text within this widget. BTW, is this widget the best way for me to go about this? Many thanks!

The blog I need help with is oneequalstwo.wordpress.com.

Yes, that's one way to do it. Coding here:

Alternative: create a custom menu (in Appearance > Menus), click those posts in the Posts module, add them to the menu, drag them to change their order, save menu; then go to Appearance > Widgets, add a Custom Menu widget, select your menu from the widget pulldown, save.

  3. THANK YOU once again. You are a legend. The code worked a treat!
