I am newbie with WP ,need help in seting blog

    1.I do not have permalink
    2.How do I find that I do have the latest version of WP?
    3.As newbie where do I get instructions on how to make blog with WP

    The blog I need help with is prudentia1.wordpress.com.

    1) yes you do, once you make a post the permalink is automatically generated.
    2) there is only ever one version of WordPress.com at a time, therefore if you are hosted at WordPress.com, you are using the latest version of that software.
