I am suddenly not receiving emails anymore.

    I’ve stopped receiving emails and have been told that emails being sent to me are being returned as ‘undeliverable.’ I’m thinking something in my account has expired but I’m not sure where to look.

    I’ve tracked it down to m1.dnsix.com is rejecting my emails. I need to change the MX record to Priority 30 and send it to mx.vigilantemma.com.

    We have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

    Thanks for your reply Timethief. Although your reply seems helpful, my issue is I am not receiving emails. Nowhere in my question did I ask How to change my email address.

    Regardless, my email for my domain name is still not working. When I mean my email, I mean the (email visible only to moderators and staff) address. When I send an email from another address like (email visible only to moderators and staff) to the (email visible only to moderators and staff), I get this in a bounce back message.

    “Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.”

    So my question is what do I put for MX record to allow my vigilantemma.com emails to not get rejected from the mail server?

    I did not see the word “domain” anywhere in what you posted above, so I posted where you could confirm that your email address had been entered correctly or not. WordPress.com does not provide email service for domains. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
