   When clicking import from tools get the options of selecting importers word press being one of them, when clicking wordpress it attempts to install the plug in which it is unable to do due to it being installed.
   Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-importer.0.4.zip…

   Unpacking the package…

   Installing the plugin…

   Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosweb/web097/b972/ipg.baldychazcom/blog/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/

   Plugin install failed.

   How can i import my blog?

   Strictly speaking, for WordPress.org support you need to head over to the WordPress.org support forums.

   It sounds, however, like the folder 'wordpress-importer' may already exist in your plugins directory, if you have FTP access, can you browse to your plugins directory and see if that folder does exist? If so, please delete it and try installing the plugin again. If this doesn't work, you'll be able to find more help on the WordPress.org forums.
