I bought the custom design upgrade, have my hosting through Network Solutions, but have an external theme I purchased elsewhere. How do I get that to be my theme? I downloaded my theme with tons of files...how do I make it apply? Also, how do I work on it without making it live yet?

ok so apparently I need to use wordpress.org not .com so I just purchased the $30 upgrade that I no longer even need. I would definetly like my money back
