   I haven't been able to get into my dashboard for about three hours now. Is there anyone that can help me out?

   I think it may be a plugin issue but I can't get in to deactivate them

   We can't use plugins here at wordPress.COM

   WordPress.com or WordPress.org ? The difference.

   I realize that. my dashboard, however, shows up here.

   I can't ever view your blog, which you have hosted on yahoo, which makes it self-hosted. My suggestion is to contact yahoo. I expect they are having server issues or something.

   I suspect you have your stats through wordpress.COM using the stats plugin, but wordpress.COM does not have any control over blogs hosted elsewhere.

   Just type in your blog name with the wp-admin extension.

   Aka: http://wordpressblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin

   Or, follow sacredpath's advice.
