   As the title says, I can't apply for word ads. It just says I have no blog!

   I'm one of two administrates on my site http://www.videogamerguy.com, It's two years old and I've been an Admin for those two years (all but a day or two), everything else seems to be fine, it just wont show up as my blog, which is rather silly as I am now the only contributor to the website.

   If I had to make an assumption, I'd say that the other admin needs to be lowered in rank so I get full rights? I have no idea, that's why I'm asking you guys! Any help would be appreciated; ask if you have any questions!

   Only the owner of the blog (the other administrator) can apply for WordAds.

   The owner will either need to apply himself, or transfer ownership of the blog to you: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

   Can you help me? The problem that I am having is that my PayPal page address is not being accepted in my Settings so that I can activate WordAds.

   That's a URL. Your PayPal Address is your email address.
