I can't comment

  1. Can't comment to wordpress.com blogs submitting my email , website and name . Then I created an ID in wordpress.com . I logged in to WordPress.com but still have problem commenting to websites . This message is shown .

    You're trying to publish a comment as [email redacted]. You need to log in to that account before you can proceed.

    I tried again clearing my browser cookies . Nothing changed . How can I resolve this .

  2. If you are using IE9 and have it running in compatibility mode that reduces the function to IE7 and IE7 is not supported.

    If you are using Avira anti-virus there has been and issue with it.

    These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
    clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
    using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
    updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/

  3. I did everything using firefox and chrome but nothing changed .
