I can't create Users!

    In my admin, it only says "Invite Users". Can anyone help me?

    The blog I need help with is cybusnet.wordpress.com.

    The only option you have is to invite others to contribute to your blog. You can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author on your blog.See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
