   publish a new post > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#publish-a-new-post

   I suggest you use the step by step tutorial Staff have prepared which is linked to on the bottom of your Admin page. http://learn.wordpress.com. Also note that you will find a link there to all support documentation http://en.support.wordpress.com
