   You can activate the Andreas09 theme at http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/Andreas09/

   Andreas09 is "retired": still available in older blogs, no longer available in newly created blogs.

   Hey I created a new blog and need Andreas09 only as it best meets the purpose of my blog... can someone help me recover it.. please .. please... please.. the guys at WP are you listening.. can you make a special exception in this case please

   With over 200 themes to choose from - seems to me there should be another theme that is close - when a theme is retired a new one is usually added that is close but has more features
