I think your first problem is your blog (seosecret.wordpress.com) has been suspended for violating the terms of service you agreed to when you created your WordPress.com account.
Suspended does not mean deleted, so there's still a chance you can get it back. But, from what I've seen, the only way to get your blog back is to contact WordPress support staff and beg for mercy.
