   I'm trying to use the meta tag option in the WP Webmaster Tools Verification section in order to link my WP domain to Gmail, but each time I try I get the " We couldn't find the verification meta tag" response from Google.

   I have tried to upload the HTML link from Google, as the header on a new page, but that doesn't work either. I have tried to see if I could insert the meta tag into my site's header - but couldn't see WHERE I could insert it.

   I have transferred my domain to WP and have tried to configure the DSN with a TXT - but this didn't work either.

   Have spent a day on this and am close to going ape by now... Can anyone help me, please?

   The blog I need help with is londontrendservice.com.

   http://support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
