   I have recently opened a wordpress site but I am having difficulty viewing any images on my own wordpress site or on any other wordpress site. They appear as grey boxes or a white box with a small blue box in the centre with a question mark. I am running on Mac OS X 10.6.8, if you could describe in complete laymans terms how to overcome this I would extremely appreciate it.

   Of the image files in the theme at http://amymarwick.wordpress.com/ appear to be loading correctly.

   Would you please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache?

   Ok, I have tried that and I still can't see any images... even when I upload them to the dashboard in Header or a new post...they still appear as the white box with the small blue box and question mark? So I am unable to crop them etc...

   Any other suggestions? Sorry..I am a complete novice at this!

   Also, can you give us one or two URLs of images that are not loading for you?

   Hi -

   Thanks for the links. What happens when you try to access them - do you get some sort of error message?

   Can you tell me if all of these URLs load for you?

   Yes I can load the URLs ok? They are all the same- is that right?

   When I view the images in media library it takes me to my wordpress site and shows me the image as if it is a post as a grey box or sometimes a white box with a question mark..?

    Those are the URLs that the images would load from. As you aren't blocked from them, it's hard to say why you can't see images.

    Do you have access to another computer that you could check from?
