It is gone again...probably it is going to be like that for the whole day.

If your posts come and go then they aren't gone. I am only speculating but there may be some server synchronization issues, or possibly some updating going on in the backend.

I can't save changed to CSS. This totally sucks, as my blog now looks completely unstyled.

Yes, things are b0rked on many levels right now and staff hasn't said a word. I wish I had better news, but we've seen it all before.
I am certain of one thing and that is that staff is aware of the problems and working on them.
