   if you subscribe to your own feed, you might have it in your feed reader. other than that i don't know how you can get it back..

   Deleted posts really are gone.

   Like Sulz says, check feeds. If it's a few days old, go to technorati / bloglines / feedster. If it's minutes old? .... probably unrecoverable.
