   I am trying to install a plug in, but I do not have a plug in tab between "Blogroll" and "Presentation". Are plug-ins something that you have to pay for? If I am supposed to be able to use plug-ins, how would I install them? I am trying to install Pod Press. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   To help, here is a screen shot of my Dashboard that shows the plug in tab is missing.
