   I don't have a plug-in option on my panel. How come?

   I have exactly the same problem. I wanted to install something to create a multi-lingual blog (via Transposh or any other plug ins that could help me for this), but I don't see anything where I can install it on my WP. What can I do?

   I have the same problem. There should be a link on the left-hand panel that reads, "Plugins" but it's not there.
