   I am new to WP. I saw very exciting plugins. But my blog didnot show "Plugin" page. Is this available to only few ?

   Or I am missing something ?

   Please read the FAQ sticky (the HUGE pink bar at the top of the forum).

   Short answer. You can't use plugins on wp.com hosted blogs.

   Plugins are not available on WordPress.com. If you are looking for the fully-functional verison of wordpress, please check out WordPress.org.

   What does WordPress.org offer? Is it just a free download? What are the benefits of using that over just using WordPress.com?

   If you want to know what wordpress.org offers, best thing to do is put http://wordpress.org into your address bar and see what happens.
