literalmindedIn setting up my blog, I typed "literalminded" as my username, since that's the title of my blog, and I saw that the username would be part of the URL for my blog. But now I can't change the author name on my postings to something other than "literalminded". How do I get a username that's different from the blog name?

I don't know. Maybe get a new blog. But I think you can't use the same email address though. Wait till morning when the moderators are on here.

You can just fil in your 'nickname' field, and it will sign your posts with that name.

See if you can conntact word press by email and they can most likly change it for you
