I went in a few months ago and said that I didn't want my card to be charged again for the upgrade, and it said it wouldn't. Today I got an email telling me that I was going to be automatically charged $17 tomorrow, so I went in to try and find a cancel button, and there isn't one.
Any ideas on how to solve this before I get charged and have to deal with getting a refund?

You can disable auto-renew in your dashboard. Click "Store" and then click "Domains" and on the page locate the "Disable Auto Renew" link and click it. In addition I'll flag this thread for Staff attention.
Yes, I clicked the "Disable Auto Renew" button when I went in to change it a few months ago. It's no longer showing, however if I click "Manage Domain Subscriptions" it tells me "This upgrade will be renewed automatically in 0 days on April 18, 2012" So I'm pretty confused.

I don't see any upgrades under your account.
You'll need to be logged in as the user who owns the upgrade to effectively manage auto-renewal.
