   I'm making this site to launch a from-home music business. I want it to be as simple and clear as possible for customers, so I want the META menu to go. After more than an hour of tinkering, I still can't figure out how to make it go away.

   That's actually the Default widget, and will display if you remove all widgets.

   To get rid of it entirely, just add an empty Text widget to your sidebar.

   I'm not super tech-savvy. What would I need to click on to do that?

   From your blog's Dashboard:

   • Go to the Widgets page (under the Appearance menu on the left side of your screen)
   • Drag and drop the Text Widget from the Available Widgets module to the Sidebar module
   • The widget will expand - just leave it blank, then click the 'Save' button
   • Celebrate by eating some ice cream :)
