We downloaded the Soundcheck theme from their website instead of WordPress itself by mistake. [http://press75.com/theme-details/soundcheck/] How do we upload it to WordPress now?

You cannot use downloaded themes on free hosted WordPress blogs, you can only use the themes already provided. If you're talking about a self hosted WordPress.ORG blog then you need to go to http://wordpress.org/support
